Useful measurement.
Minimal data.
We collect only what we need to respond to requests, operate the site securely, and understand—in aggregate—whether the public website is useful.
Last reviewed July 23, 2026Website measurement without visitor profiles
Our public sites use a first-party measurement system solely to improve page organization, mobile usability, and the inquiry process. It records daily aggregate counts such as page views, calls to action selected, form starts, validation-error counts, and completed requests.
The analytics database does not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, raw IP addresses, or full browser user-agent strings. Device and source information is reduced to broad categories before a daily counter is increased. Known assistant referrals are grouped into one AI-search category; the provider, prompt, answer, full referring URL, and query string are not retained in analytics. We do not use these counts to make decisions about a particular visitor.
Separately, we count successful public HTML responses by date, website, approved query-free page, and a coarse request class such as browser-like, search crawler, AI crawler, other automation, or unknown. The user-agent string is classified in memory and immediately discarded. These directional classes are self-declared and spoofable: they are not verified people or bots, and they are not unique visitors.
Checking this browser’s preference…
We honor supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by suppressing optional browser-interaction and request-health measurements. If you use the control above, one first-party preference cookie and a matching local browser setting remember that choice; neither contains a visitor identifier. A browser-level opt-out cannot remove a past contribution from aggregate counts because those counts contain no visitor identifier that would let us find it.
Information we handle
- Inquiry information: the name, company, business contact details, service interest, and operating context you choose to submit.
- Attribution information: landing page, referring URL with its query string removed, and campaign labels associated with an inquiry.
- Security information: limited request and authentication information used to prevent abuse and protect the site. Infrastructure logs may be maintained separately from the aggregate measurement described above.
- Portal information: account, access, and operational records required to provide an authenticated customer or staff workspace.
Please do not submit sensitive customer, shipment, financial-account, credential, health, or government-identifier data through a public inquiry form.
How we use information
- Review, route, and respond to an inquiry.
- Evaluate service fit and continue a requested business conversation.
- Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and prevent abuse of the website and portal.
- Produce aggregate statistics used only to improve the public website and inquiry experience.
- Maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.
Submitting a public request does not enroll you in marketing communications.
Retention
Aggregate website interaction and request-health counters are retained for up to 730 days so authorized administrators can compare seasonal and design changes. Inquiry, customer, portal, security, and legal records are retained only for the period reasonably necessary for their purpose, applicable agreements, dispute prevention, security, and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can use the control above to object to optional public-site measurement on this browser. You may also enable Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in a supported browser. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about how personal information is handled.
We may need to verify a privacy request and may retain information where an exception or legal obligation applies. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
